What it is
- KeepMyProof is a private phone app for keeping copies of papers, photos and notes you already have, in folders with suggested checklists.
- Made by Spry Labs.

What it does
- Saves photos, files and notes into folders on your phone.
- Keeps two dates on every item: the day it happened (yours to fill in) and the day you saved it on this phone.
- Turns a folder into one PDF you can send to a lawyer, mediator, school or VA representative.
- Backs up an encrypted copy to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive, opened with a 12-word recovery phrase.
What it does not do
- It does not give legal, tax or medical advice, and it is not a law firm.
- It does not prepare, file or judge a VA claim, and it is not affiliated with the VA.
- It does not send your papers to us, to analytics or to AI.
- The saved date shows when you saved something on this phone. It does not show when an event happened.
Price
- Free for your first 25 items. Viewing, full-folder PDFs, export, backup and restore never lock.
- KeepMyProof Plus: US $19.99 a year, or $39.99 once for life.

- Papers are encrypted on the phone with an app passcode and optional Face ID.
