Keep the papers you already have, private on your phone.
KeepMyProof is a private phone app for the papers, photos and notes you already have. It sorts them into folders with suggested checklists and two dates on every item, then turns a folder into one PDF you can hand to a lawyer, school or VA representative. No account, no ads, and nothing leaves your phone unless you send it.
Coming soon to Google Play.
Five folders, each with a suggested checklist

What stays private
- Your papers are encrypted on your phone. We never receive them.
- An app passcode, with Face ID if you want it. The app locks when you leave it.
- No account, no ads, no analytics, and your papers are never sent to AI.
- Nothing is shared automatically. You choose when to send a PDF or a file.
Two dates on every item
- The date it happened: yours to fill in, or "not sure".
- Saved on this phone: the phone's clock. It records when you saved it, not that something happened.
How you avoid losing a file
- Back up an encrypted copy to your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive.
- A 12-word recovery phrase you write down opens that copy on a new phone.
- Home shows the date your last backup was checked.
- If you lose the phone and the phrase, nobody, including us, can open the backup.

Questions
Is KeepMyProof legal advice?
No. KeepMyProof keeps your papers in order. It is not a law firm, does not give legal, tax or medical advice, and does not calculate deadlines. For advice about your situation, talk to a lawyer, your school or a VA-accredited representative, and bring them the PDF.
Can anyone at KeepMyProof see my papers?
No. Your papers, photos and notes are encrypted on your phone and are never sent to us, to an analytics service or to AI. They leave the phone only when you send a PDF or a file yourself, or save your encrypted backup to your own cloud drive.
What happens when I reach 25 items?
Adding stops at 25 items on the free plan. Everything you already saved stays open: you can still view it, make a PDF of a whole folder, export the originals, back up and restore. Plus removes the limit and adds your own folders and tags.
What if I lose my phone?
If you made a backup, install KeepMyProof on the new phone, choose the backup file from your iCloud Drive or Google Drive, and enter your 12-word recovery phrase. Every file is checked before it is added. Without the phrase, nobody can open the backup, including us.
When can I download it?
KeepMyProof is coming soon to Google Play, with the iPhone version after that. It is not in a store yet. On launch day this page will link to the store. The app will be free to download, with your first 25 items free.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The app, the folder checklists and this website are in English and Spanish, and the app follows your phone's language setting. Your papers stay exactly as you saved them, in whatever language they are written: the app never translates, reads or changes them.
